Design, build, and facilitate leadership development programs for Zscaler’s GTM (Go-To-Market) organization. Responsible for designing and delivering scalable leadership development experiences for GTM leaders globally, rooted in Zscaler’s leadership principles and performance expectations. Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership development initiatives—needs assessment, stakeholder alignment, content development, and measurement.

Manage customers’ tailored and value-driven implementation experience ensuring customers are set up for success in achieving their business goals. Manage ongoing strategic consulting projects with deliverables that are shared with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives. Level up the social sophistication of our customers as well as our team to meet the ever-changing needs of social media.
